Anthony Mba Ndor ESQ - Chairman

Lawyer Anthony Mba Ndor is the Acting Director of Finance of the Ghana Maritime Authority. He is a seasoned financial expert and legal professional with over 20 years of combined experience in corporate financial management and law. His unique dual qualifications as a chartered accountant and a trained lawyer enable him to effectively navigate both financial and legal complexities, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

He holds a strong academic background, having read Business Administration for his first degree at the University of Ghana. He obtained an LLB from Mount Crest University College and was called to the Bar after completing his professional law training at the Ghana School of Law. His academic credentials further include an Executive Certificate in Public Infrastructure Fund Management from IP3, Washington DC (USA), an MA in Port and Shipping from the Regional Maritime University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, participation in a Graduate Finance Exchange Programme at the University of Tulsa, USA, and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Ghana.

Professionally, Lawyer Mba has built an impressive career across academia, private enterprise, and public institutions. He previously served as a Research Assistant at the University of Ghana, a Customer Relations Officer with TU Collins Fitness Center in the United States, an Auditor with Salma Business Enterprise, and worked in Portfolio Management at the University of Tulsa.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Lawyer Mba is widely admired for his philanthropic work. His consistent support and contributions have positively impacted many lives in Bongo and across the Upper East Region, earning him deep respect and appreciation from his community and the region at large.
