NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Maltaaba Community Bank will be held at the Head Office Premises, Bongo on Saturday, 17th May, 2025 at 10:00am to transact the following business.

AGENDA

To read the Notice Convening the meeting
To receive the Director's and Chairman's Report
To receive and adopt the Financial Report of the Company (together with the Reports of the Directors and the External Auditors of the Company) for the year ended 31st December, 2024.
To elect Directors in place of those retiring
To approve the Directors' fees
To authorize Directors to negotiate remuneration of the Auditors
Any Other Business (AOB)
